IMPORTANT CHANGE TO HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE

There has been a significant change to our overall policy and it requires everyone to check and possibly make changes to their own HO-6 policy. Please click on "Our Association - then Documents - then Insurance Documents"] there is a three page letter when you open it explaining what needs to be done. Basically everyone has to talk to their agents and make sure they have at least a 10,000 dollar "Loss Assessment" limit to cover the new deductible of that amount.
