Take exit #86 off I35 which is also County Road 46.

Go East on 46, also known as 162nd St, for 2 miles to Ipava Ave.

Turn right (South) on Ipava, go .6 miles (past 165th) to Innsbrook Dr.

You will see the Bouldervillage monument and our flag.

Turn right on Insbrook go 1 block to the entrance for Boulder Village, where you

will find streets Iredale Path, Irwindale Way, and the three cul-de-sacs.
